A laboratory formulation may behave differently with a manufacturer’s ingredients, equipment or process. Reaching an acceptable sample requires organized technical decisions and a clear approval process.

Coordinate technology transfer
Organize the formulation information, production requirements and technical discussions with the selected manufacturer and formulator.
Review ingredient feasibility
Assess raw-material availability and coordinate expert review of any proposed substitutions or formulation adjustments.
Align controls and specifications
Help define relevant in-process checks and finished-product criteria with the manufacturer and appropriate specialists.
Manage manufacturing samples
Coordinate production of trial samples, structured founder feedback, technical responses and agreed iteration rounds.
Coordinate relevant testing
Arrange the testing strategy and follow-up for stability, microbiological performance and other appropriate checks through the manufacturer or external laboratories.

Our deliverables reflect the agreed scope. Specific manufacturing results depend on suppliers, testing outcomes and regulatory requirements.

You can engage us at this stage without purchasing the preceding services. We first confirm the inputs, readiness and specialist support your project requires.
Professional services vs. supplier costs
Our professional services cover the technical coordination and project management defined in your proposal. Physical manufacturing, laboratory tests, packaging execution, materials, freight and other third-party charges are quoted separately. The proposal will clarify any specialist support included in our fee.
Project-specific scope
Sample approval is made by the founder against agreed criteria. A pilot or scale-up run is not automatically included; where needed, it is addressed within production readiness.
No mandatory packages
The proposed work, approval points, specialist responsibilities and third-party fees are defined before the engagement begins.
