Professional services vs. supplier costs
Our professional services cover the technical coordination and project management defined in your proposal. Physical manufacturing, laboratory tests, packaging execution, materials, freight and other third-party charges are quoted separately. The proposal will clarify any specialist support included in our fee.
Project-specific scope
Dendritic Formula coordinates the agreed regulatory work; specialized legal or regulatory decisions and formal submissions are handled or reviewed by qualified professionals as applicable. Regulatory compliance and production acceptance cannot be guaranteed.
No mandatory packages
The proposed work, approval points, specialist responsibilities and third-party fees are defined before the engagement begins.
